Framing Silence, Crafting Stories.

Born in Mashhad, Iran, my journey began in a world of silence that fostered a unique, visual-first perspective. After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering and dedicating ten years to teaching at a school for the Deaf, I embarked on a transformative chapter by moving to Toronto, Canada.

Five years into my new life, I discovered my true calling in the performing arts. This transition from theatre to filmmaking allowed me to bridge worlds. Today, as a Deaf filmmaker, I craft narratives that transcend sound, blending acting, directing, and award-winning animation to create a more inclusive world.
